Mixed Glue System

The胶-making facilities primarily include raw material storage tanks, mixing kettles, maturation tanks, weighing tanks, intermediate tanks, high-shear reactors, various pumps and valves, and power drives. The control system consists of three main components: the weighing and胶-mixing control system, the胶-adjustment control system, and the automatic胶-delivery system. Each control system can operate either automatically or manually. In automatic mode, the computer calculates the required weights of each raw material based on the mixing ratio, and the weighing and胶-mixing control system precisely measures and delivers these materials to the mixing kettle for thorough blending. The mixing process is then automatically regulated according to the specified speed and duration as dictated by the production process. Finally, the prepared胶-liquid is automatically fed into the coating machine for use, as selected.
