Filter bag structure:
The materials for micron grade liquid filter bags are basically divided into three categories:
1. Surface filter materials: The synthetic stainless steel mesh material only has the effect of surface filtration. The Monofilament mesh material is a woven material with high strength and easy cleaning. After heat setting, its bore diameter can remain unchanged. Each filament is a monofilament. The filter level of this filter material is 25-800 microns.
2. Non-woven material: The filter bag structure is composed of three-dimensional high fluffy fibers, with high flow rate and high impurity capture - larger particles and impurities are captured by the surface of the filter bag, and fine particles are captured in the deep filter material, with dual effect of surface filtration and deep filtration.
3. Adsorption filtration material: Polypropylene fiber bonding filter material has a strong adsorption capacity and can remove pollutants such as oil and hydrocarbons from the flowing liquid. In the low dropout filtration process, the filter bags made of this material can remove very fine solid particles, with a very high efficiency.

2. Polyester: Resistant to solvent, and resistant to temperature of 160°C, non-woven fiber or single fiber woven mesh, and the precision range of deep filter is 0.5~600μm.
3. Nylon: Resistant to alkali, resistant to solvent, and resistant to high temperature of 150 ℃, single fiber woven mesh, and the absolute filter precision is 1 ~ 800μm.
4. Multi-layer bags: 2 to 32 layers, with a large amount of dissolved pollution, and durable. By adding a layer of nylon or polyester woven strainer to the non-woven fabric, micro-shedding non-woven fibers can effectively intercept, avoiding secondary pollution.
5. Oil absorption bags: Made of non-woven fabric with oil absorption function, with a deep filter precision of 5μm or more.
6. Activated carbon bags: It can absorb pigment and smell.
7. Stainless steel mesh: Mainly used for absolute filtration, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, which can be cleaned repeatedly, extremely durable.
According to user needs, various non-standard special types of fine filters are customized to meet different process requirements.
