Bag-type fine filter instructions

The bag-type fine filter is a simple, efficient and universal liquid filtration system composed of three parts: Container, filter bag and support basket. The fluid to be filtered enters the filter bag from the upper port, and the fixed substances in the liquid will be blocked in the bag, thus obtaining a clean fluid.

The bag-type fine filter is featured by high flow capacity, high filter precision, low cost, easy and fast operation, etc. It is suitable for the filtration of any fine particles (less than 1000ppm), and suitable for the liquid filtration with a precision from 1 to 1000mm, and a flow rate from 1 to 1000m3/h.

The filter materials are all high-quality stainless steels, such as 304, 316, 316L, etc. and corrosion-resistant polypropylene materials or carbon steel and sprayed HALAR COATING (copolymer coating of chlorotrifluoroethylene and ethylene), and excellent filter bags are used at the same time, so as to guarantee that the filter can adapt to the different needs of various media and workplaces such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, and high temperature resistance.

It has numerous advantages such as simple and reasonable structure, good airtightness, strong flow capacity and easy operation. In particular, the probability of side leakage of the filter bag is small, the filter precision can be accurately guaranteed, and the filter bag can be replaced quickly. The internal and external surfaces of the filter are subject to mechanical sandblasting and polishing, which are uniform and easy to clean.

It is widely used in the preparation of glue solution in the PCB industry and the filtration of petroleum products, chemical products, paints, food and beverages, sewage, etc. The bag-type filters can also be designed and manufactured as needed, to meet the usage requirements of different customers.

Use:

The iron particle filters are widely applicable to electronics, copper-clad plates, pigments, dyes, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, plastics and other industries. They can effectively remove magnetic metal impurities during the transportation process of liquid materials, reduce the content of iron impurities in products, and improve quality of products.

Types of bag-type fine filters:

When divided by the quantity of filter bags: Single-bag, double-bag and multi-bag; when divided by liquid flow: Side-in and side-in & top-entry; when divided by connection: Single-set, parallel exchange, multi-combination, mobile, and many other types.

1) Filter bag specifications: Non-woven filter bag, nylon filter bag, stainless steel filter bag, oil absorption filter bag, ultra-fine filter bag, dust collection filter bag, etc.

5) Operating pressure: 0.25-2.5Mpa (depending on the filter)

6) Maximum operating temperature: 120℃-160℃
