To strengthen the popularization and application of energy-saving technology products, guides energy-using units advanced applicable new technology, new equipment and new process, according to "Beijing implementing the energy conservation law of the People's Republic of China > method" in "the municipal development and reform department under the State Council in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate and publish the catalogue of energy-saving technologies and products to promote" requirements, by commission since 2008, the organization carries out the collection of the energy-saving technology products recommended directory in the city and promotion, has released more than 700 areas such as construction, transportation, industrial energy-saving technologies and products, to enhance the level of energy efficiency, strengthen the total energy consumption control provides a strong support. In order to complete the collection and update of energy-saving technology products in 2020, we hereby notify the following matters:
I. Collection of energy-saving technology products
(a) scopes for reconstruction of existent public buildings, old village, farmhouse renovation, and other areas of the building, industrial area, such as industrial equipment upgrade, energy-saving materials manufacturing, transportation, public institutions, new energy and renewable energy, efficient heating and cooling, green lighting, data center, comprehensive energy, wisdom, energy management system, the clean production, sewage treatment, garbage disposal, medical waste treatment and comprehensive utilization of resources in the field of energy-saving technology products or technologies integration solutions. 1. The energy-saving technical products collected this time should conform to the development direction of this municipality's industrial structure, have certain advancement and innovation, and the main performance indexes are in the leading level in China, and suitable for widespread application. 2. The declared technical products must have been mass produced and have practical application cases. The application cases have been in operation for more than one year, and priority has been given to the energy-saving cases in this city, which have good economy and practicability, remarkable energy-saving effect and good user evaluation. 3. Technologies and products included in the National Key Energy Saving and Low-carbon Technology Promotion Catalogue of National Development and Reform Commission and the Reference Catalogue of Green Energy Saving and Water Saving Technology Products of Public Institutions of National Government Offices Administration are not included in the collection if their performance parameters and other aspects are not obviously optimized. (3) Application materials

2. Update the original energy-saving technology products
Already being led by commission published in 2008-2019, energy-saving technology products recommended directory declare units, if already to declare technology was improved, please send technical index updates, new typical case of fill in "Beijing energy-saving technology product update situation table" (attachment 2), fill in the content description can be found in the attachment, fill in the content technology consultation telephone: hai-yan zheng, 010-55590099, new, 010-55591095 闫卫. Among them, for technical products whose technical indicators have not been significantly updated from 2008 to 2017 or have been replaced by more advanced and feasible energy-saving technology products, and technologies without new typical cases, the recommended catalogue will be called up.
Iii. Declaration method
This solicitation adopts the combination of online filling and written material submission. Online provided, please ready to return in advance according to the requirement and related electronic information, login on June 1st 2020, the Beijing energy saving technology products and case collection platform (http://114.246.27.7:30001/bjjnzjpt) to fill in. The written materials should be in accordance with the content filled online. Cover (Appendix 4) and catalogue should be made, printed on A4 paper in three copies, bound and sealed, and sent by express to Beijing Festival Energy Environmental Protection Center (Building 4, Yard 55, Yunhe East Street, Tongzhou District, Beijing, to: Zheng Haiyan, 010-55590099, 13521098020).
The deadline for this application is June 30, 2020 (postal materials shall be subject to the date of mailing postmark). Units that fail to make the declaration before the deadline may continue to make the declaration online and have priority to be included in the next round of soliciting for new energy-saving technologies and new products.
Iv. Review and release
According to the solicitation of energy saving technology products and the update of original energy saving technology products, the Commission, together with relevant departments, will organize experts to review the application materials and update materials. The selected technologies and products will be included in the Recommended Catalogue of Energy-saving Technology Products of Beijing (2020 edition), which will be recommended to the society.
