Mixing kettle instructions
The mixing kettles manufactured by our company are specially suitable for fluid materials, such as glue solutions and coatings, paints, inks and other products used in the PCB industry. Various non-standard special mixing kettles can be customized according to the needs of customers, and mixing heads of different types can meet various process requirements, at the same time, various mixing process optimization schemes are also provided.

1.Suitable for the mixing and dispersing of materials at different speeds of low, medium and high. 2. The compound mixing is good for the mixing uniformity of high viscosity materials. 3. 1.The machine is specially designed for high viscosity materials, such as: Polyester putty, wall filler, wood filler, tar epoxy resin, etc.
2. The helical ribbon stirring can make the materials move up and down. 3. The unique scraped-surface structure can fully guarantee the mixing uniformity of high viscosity materials. 4. The low-speed mixing device strongly promotes the flow of high viscosity materials. |
1.Suitable for mixing and dispersing materials with different viscosities.
2. During operation, the symmetrical double airfoils rotate at a low speed along the inner surface of the barrel, while the main shaft rotates at a high speed. This mixing is suitable for special materials with thixotropic properties. 3. It can effectively control the mixing at two different speeds to meet the production requirements of various products. 4. The performance such as variable frequency speed regulation and explosion protection can be selected according to actual needs of the user. |
Use:
It is widely used in the glue solution making in the PCB industry, and in industries such as coating, fuel, ink, papermaking, adhesive, pharmaceutical, and chemical engineering for the mixing, adjustment, dissolution and dispersion of two or more liquids and solid powders.
