Product introduction:

The mobile high shear kettle composed of homogeneous emulsifying machine, high-speed dispersion machine and mixer combines the functions of these three devices. It can be used independently or in different combinations, providing fast and effective mixing, homogenization and emulsification of viscosity materials and filling materials.

The mobile high shear kettle has excellent sealing performance. Automatic hydraulic lifting is adopted by the equipment. The structure is simple, the maintenance cost is low, and the appearance is aesthetic; the special reinforced bearing has low noise and stable performance; the container can be easily replaced. When a container is removed for discharging, another one can mix immediately.

The mobile high shear kettle mixing and homogenizing mixer strengthens the effect of dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, mixing and crushing, with excellent performance.

Use:

It is widely used in glue solution making in PCB industry and viscous materials in fine chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, providing fast and effective mixing, homogenization and emulsification.

Working principle:

The equipment is a combined structure composed of homogenizing emulsifying machine, high-speed dispersion machine and mixer. When the emulsifying machine continuously sucks from the bottom of the tank and sprays horizontally, when encountering an anchor mixer, it cuts vertically on sections at different heights, along the circumferential rotary flow, which greatly weakens the fluid velocity in the horizontal direction and distorts it. The high-speed dispersion machine further disperses and crushes the particles in the material flow. Containers of different specifications can be customized according to customer needs.

With respect to material, carbon steel, stainless steel, nitrided steel, tungsten alloy, PTFE and other raw materials can be selected to guarantee that the equipment can adapt to different requirements of various media and workplaces such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, etc.
