Product introduction:
The high shear emulsification technology realizes functions such as high-performance mixing, crushing, dispersion, and emulsification. It can crush materials into very tiny particles, and then disperse them into a continuous liquid phase medium to form a uniform and stable mixture. Its energy of importing media is 1000 times that of mixing, which has an especially significant crushing effect on high polymer materials, and can effectively solve the crushing and emulsification difficulties of various materials.
Compared with the traditional production technology, it has four major advantages of low energy consumption, low production cost, high product quality, and ultra fineness. Because the high shear technology has super crushing and emulsifying functions, thus obtaining a huge market.
Working principle of high shear kettle:
Fill the kettle with enough liquid, start the motor, and its shaft drives the turbine to rotate. In this case, an upward suction force is formed at the lower inlet of the stator to make the material enter the homogenizing head. In the homogenizing head, the material is subject to high-speed impact, extrusion, shearing and friction for the first time. During horizontal spraying through the special hole of the stator, the material is subject to the second high-speed impact, extrusion, and shearing. The horizontally sprayed material flow generates radial flow and axial displacement in the homogeneous kettle, in this case, the material is subject to the third impact, the high shear kettle impacts and displaces due to the two-fluid mode, mixes and shears with the radial flow in a crossing way, generating two-way hyperbolic large circulation eddy current in the kettle flow, and avoiding dead angles where the upper materials are hard to be absorbed.
Feature:
With respect to the material of storage tank, carbon steel, stainless steel, nitrided steel, and other manufacturing materials that match the raw material of the storage tank can be selected, so as to guarantee that the equipment can adapt to various occasions with requirements for acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, etc. Two-way suction is adopted in terms of structure, to improve the material dispersion degree, and adapt to various fineness requirements. A frequency converter is configured to realize stepless speed regulation.
III. Application fields:
It is widely used in the preparation of glue solution in the PCB industry and other fields of petrochemical industry, paints, inks, dyes, food, pesticides, and daily-use chemical industry.
